About Gerwick Mereen

John Paul Mereen created Gerwick Mereen LLC, in June 2004 to leverage his background and experience into a “one stop” shop to service residential, commercial and industrial clients in site development and permitting issues.

As much of the remaining land in eastern Connecticut has more natural and permitting limitations it is important to have an experienced staff that has the knowledge and ability to work with an ever increasing complex permitting and legal environment. Whether it is a residential client looking for a boundary survey, site plan or septic system deign, a developer who wants to subdivide a large parcel of land, or a commercial client who needs revolve around a specific site and use, the experience residing within our firm has the background and knowledge to help develop a quality product and project.

John Paul Mereen has recently become a Certified Floodplain Manager from the Association of State Floodplain Managers.
